✦ Brochure and working cost sheet

We send out the brochure and working cost sheet on 1st call. The pricing sheet includes BSP at Rs 14,500 per sft onwards, PLC bands, clubhouse membership of Rs 1.5 lakh, infra and legal charges, 5% GST and Karnataka stamp tax plus registration at approx 7.66%. ✦ EOI and booking

The first formal step is an Expression of Interest (EOI) form. You walk the site, check the cost sheet and short list a villa, then you submit the EOI and we send the booking confirmation followed by an Allotment Letter.
