Every house here is a vertical house, not a flat on top of another. The Roots floor plan is a single 4 BHK configuration across five useable levels: Basement, Ground, First, Second and Terrace (B+G+2+T) with a private lift for every floor. Built-up areas range from 3,100 to 3,800 sft (saleable). You get to your own basement, park two cars, and ride up. Basement: parking, lift lobby, and storage

It is from below you enter your property. Parking for 2 cars in 26'11" x 21'2" bay with lift lobby and storage of 13'2" x 20'9". First and second floors: bedrooms, study, and pooja
